 Frazer Family Chiropractic & Wellness Center is located on Lancaster Ave. (Rt. 30) 1/4 mile east of Rt. 352. Our is a warm & friendly office where there is always a warm cup of coffee or tea waiting! Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete a medical history questionnaire & provide information regarding any new conditions you may be experiencing. Dr. Patel will then perform an in depth examination with specific tests designed to assist in diagnosing/verifying the cause of your symptoms. Strength, range of motion, posture & neurological integrity will be assessed. Dr. Patel will then review his findings with you & discuss with you an anticipated plan of care. Dr. Patel is committed to educating his patients about their condition & any preventative measures which may benefit them. |
